Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with First Coast Iron. To ensure fast shipping times, our system automatically begins preparing and processing orders shortly after they are placed. While we enforce firm limits on changes, we understand that mistakes happen. Please review our cancellation rules below:
  • 24-Hour Grace Period: You may request a full cancellation or change to your order within 24 hours of your purchase time.
  • After the Grace Period: Once the grace period expires, or a shipping label has been generated, all sales are final. At this stage, orders cannot be canceled, updated, or modified.
  • How to Request a Cancellation: To request a change or cancellation within the approved window, you must use the contact form with the subject line "URGENT: Cancel Order #[Order Number]". We process these requests based strictly on the timestamp of your email.
  • Address and Order Errors: If you enter an incorrect shipping address or select the wrong item variation and do not notify us within the grace period, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs if the item is returned to us.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these cancellation terms.

Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been processed or delivered.
2. Exceptions for Quality Issues or Damage
We stand behind the quality of our items. If your product arrives damaged or has a significant quality issue, we will make it right.
To qualify for a refund or replacement under this exception, you must:
  • Contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
  • Provide proof of the issue, including your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or quality defect.
3. Inspection and Resolution
Once we review your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
  • Approved Claims: If approved, we will either ship out a replacement product at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed automatically and will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Fees 

First Coast Iron is not liable for items that are lost in transit unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs on exhange items.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. If your order includes any international shipments, you’ll see either a pre-collected duty amount or a notice about potential import fees at checkout, depending on your location and the items ordered. You are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees, whether collected at checkout or upon delivery. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

Some products are only available to be purchased and shipped within the United States.
